If you’re transiting via Dubai then we have really good news for you. You now won’t have to wait for hours at the airport for your next flight as  Emirates airline will now provide free visa, transfers, and accommodation. Exciting, isn’t it?

This service is called Dubai Connect and passengers that have a stay at the airport for over 10 to 24 hours can benefit from this service. This service is for the first class, economy, and the business class.

Wondering how to get this service?

The service should be booked 24 hours before your flight to Dubai, the passenger will also have to make sure that they book the first available connecting flight and not the one that leaves later than another connecting flight otherwise you will not be eligible for this service.

During the booking, you will be told if you’re eligible. So make sure you book your flight and then use your reference number and surname to log in.

You will then go to the Manage section and click on the Dubai Connect. And at last, choose the service that is 24-hour ahead of your flight to Dubai.

Transit passengers coming from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Nigeria, and Vietnam must follow the travel guidelines of the UAE and their final destination. Passengers from restricted countries can not have a transit time of more than 10 hours.
